Does your Board of Directors and/or Owner want to clean up their property and make it shine? That means new paint and possibly wood repair/replacement. With that said, you will need a complete and detailed wood repair list in order to start getting bids from your preferred vendors.

Pro-Tech Painting offers FREE physical wood inspections. Our Physical Wood Inspection Report is created by physically inspecting every piece of wood that our superintendent can see and probe to detail the extent of the damage and how to repair or replace it. We will compile all this information into a detailed, line item report that includes a bid from us to do the reported repairs. The report is also meant for you to send to other Contractors for “apple to apple” bids.
